Established in September 2011, the Borderless Alliance (BA) represents a private sector-led coalition to increase trade in West Africa and foster change by exposing trade inefficiencies throughout the region.

Mandate:

Promote a globally competitive African cashew industry that benefits the value chain from farmer to consumer.

Geographic Scope:

The ACA has member organizations from all over the world, with the majority from Africa, especially Cote d’Ivoire, Benin, Ghana, Gambia, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya and Mozambique.

The United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Justice Under Rule of Law in Society project began in 2012 and works to strengthen the rule of law and access to justice in select locations in China.
