Since 1957, USAID and Morocco have collaborated making real and substantial improvements in Moroccan lives. Early programs focused on infrastructure and training a cadre of professionals. Later programs focused on modernizing the social economic growth sectors. During our fifty-year USAID-Morocco partnership the most notable successes have come in agriculture and agribusiness, health, primary education, housing and urban development, microfinance, small and medium enterprise development, and water management.
