Hilltop farming. The Nuba people were forced into the hilltops away from the fertile lands

Hilltop farming. Due to insecurity, the Nuba people were forced into the hilltops, away from the fertile lands at the base of the hills. The Nuba Mountains ceasefire agreement between the SPLM and GoS (arising out of the Danforth Initiatives) will allow civilians to come back down from the hills.
