The journalists learned the fundamentals of a free press, journalistic ethics and how to digitally edit material for broadcast during a three-week program provided by the non-governmental organization Internews.

The three-week program, for 16 radio reporters from around the country, was the first journalism training course by the non-governmental organization, Internews, under a grant by USAID.
