Caption: Workers deliver air conditioning units to the Iraqi Media Network in central Baghdad that suffered from bombing and looting. The network has been broadcasting independent TV since 12 May, 2003 for an average of 3 hours a day using a portable transmission dish. USAID is funding refurbishment of facilities and supply of air conditioning, telecommunications and office equipment.
