Program/Administrative Assistant

USAD/Ghana is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Ghanaian for the position of Program/Administrative Assistant. The position is located in the Trade, Agriculture & Private Sector Office (TAPS) of USAID/Ghana. The position serves as the principal programmatic support for the TAPS Team's Activity Managers and, when necessary, acts as an Activity Manager. The incumbent manages technical information access and flow, coordinates and monitors financial information pertaining to the team, oversees documentation management and provides administrative support services as necessary.

Education & Prior Work Experience : Post Secondary School Training (Diploma) in Secretarial or Business Studies is required. A University degree in a field related to development project management and monitoring is desired. Four years of progressively responsible program/administrative experience, including at least two years experience in a large corporate, local or international organization.

Skills and abilities: We are looking for that unique person who is a self starter and will be willing to learn and apply new skills to improve professional and technical performance in the position. The ability to organize activities and manage time is essential.

Salary Range: GH¢ 9,749 - 14,619 per annum (depending on qualification and experience)
