Celebrating the culmination of many hours of hard work and hands-on training sessions, a group of Turkish Cypriot electricity utility experts were awarded “Management Development Training” Certificates at a graduation ceremony attended by the media, academics and other professionals.
The Management Development Training program was provided by the USAID-funded Resource Efficiency Achievement Project (REAP), in response to a request from the electricity utility board to help increase their management skills and work efficiency. The four-week Management Development Training course was led by both local and international experts, and addressed topics including performance management, time and meeting management, customer service, change management, and engineering project management. Approximately 40 participants attended the program, which was held from mid-December until the end of January.
The Resource Efficiency Achievement Project (REAP) is dedicated to helping businesses become more profitable by increasing energy efficiency, enhancing environmental management, upgrading facility operations and improving equipment performance. |
