Description
The U. S. Agency for International Development (USAID) intends to negotiate and award a single Requirements Contract for freight forwarding, vessel chartering, and other logistical services for shipments of commodities in the form of food donation assistance to developing countries.
Such commodities will consist of either bulk grains or packaged agricultural products. The required services will be generally limited to USAID transportation contracts under the PL 480 Title II program.
