NOTICE TO ALL TITLE II FREIGHT FORWARDERS

This is to advise all Freight Forwarders participating in the Title II food aid program that the attached standard vessel pre-advice form shall be the required standard form for submission to USDA/KCCO for bulk grain shipments.

This notice is effective immediately.
