The Development Information Solution (DIS) is USAID’s web-based, Agency-wide portfolio management system. DIS provides a single location to report, approve, and track programmatic data across USAID, and ensures USAID can collect high-quality data to use for reporting, highlighting progress, and telling the story of the Agency’s programming.

Benefits of DIS include:

  • Streamlining work for data collection and performance reporting.
  • Enabling Implementing Partners to report and USAID staff to manage and track data in one place.
  • Helping USAID to ensure consistency and to standardize indicator information across USAID’s activity portfolios to promote data quality and inform analysis.
  • Reducing duplication and improves accessibility of data across the agency.
