The five-year USAID Family Health and Nutrition project focuses on improving the health of Zambia’s mothers, children, and adolescents in Eastern, Luapula, Muchinga, and Southern provinces by strengthening the ability of the public health system to enact evidence-based, high impact initiatives and actions that save lives.

The USAID Family Health and Nutrition activity supports the Zambian public health system to sustainably deliver reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health and nutrition services through training of health workers, technical assistance to improve health management and financial systems, and improved outreach and engagement activities in targeted communities.

GOALS
